You can sit back and relax whilst we project manage the recruitment process on your behalf. Over an agreed time frame we will explore a variety of recruitment options. Our extensive candidate database and experience in targeted recruitment advertising will be invaluable aids. You can also benefit from a reduced pricing structure over a payment plan.
With your agreement, Quantum appoints a dedicated account manager to oversee your recruitment requirements. As you only have one point of contact within Quantum, your time is used efficiently. In return for a fixed fee structure, we have exclusivity on your vacancies for a set period of time. As a Managing Agent, we can even set up a supplier network on your behalf. This service is typically used where you have volume requirements and are prepared to commit to a longer term arrangement.
We offer clients the facility of having candidates tested and assessed in a number of ways. Services include; typing tests, software literacy evaluation, clerical checking skills, verbal comprehension, deductive reasoning and psychometric testing. The level of assessment is agreed with you in advance.
