Due to increasing demand within the Marketing & Media industry, we have created the opportunity for an experienced, self motivated Recruitment Consultant to join the Marketing recruitment division (primarily based in Edinburgh). Your business development skills are the key to succeeding in this role and you will quickly be engaged in prospecting for new business in addition to developing our relationships with existing clients. You will be working within a highly experienced team and when you identify opportunities to do business you will be fully supported in the delivery of our services. Additionally, you will be trained in every aspect of working within a recruitment consultancy (Quantum are Investors in People accredited). This year we will spend £1,200 / consultant on external training alone!
To be considered for the role, you must have a minimum of 6 months' work experience within a recruitment consultancy role and have a demonstrable track record of developing new business and achieving sales targets. Ideally you should have client facing experience and have been actively involved in achieving sole supply agreements. Knowledge and interest within the marketing industry is a must!
