Quantum have worked within the Information Technology recruitment sector since 1990. Our Client list includes many household names, and also smaller SME's. Operating from city centre offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow we have specialist divisions that service the Accounting and Finance, Contact Centre, Engineering, I.T., Legal, Office Personnel and Sales & Marketing Sectors.
Due to increasing demand in the marketplace we have created the opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our I.T. recruitment division based in Edinburgh. Your business development skills are the key to succeeding in this role and you will quickly be engaged in prospecting for new business in addition to developing our relationships with existing clients. You will be working within an experienced team and will help mentor some of the more junior team members.
You must have at least 1 years work experience in IT Recruitment and have a demonstrable track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets. Ideally you should have experience in winning assignments on a sole agency basis and a solid understanding of the different IT job functions. Recruitment experience in the Scottish market is an added plus.
This will be a challenging and demanding role and in return for your commitment you will benefit from outstanding support, training and personal development; an excellent basic salary (£19,000 - £32,000) and a reward structure that will allow you to earn substantial commission even at the earliest stages of your career.
