Due to increasing demand in the marketplace we have created the opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join our Accountancy recruitment division based in Edinburgh. Your business development skills are the key to succeeding in this role and you will quickly be engaged in prospecting for new business in addition to developing our relationships with existing clients. You will be working within an experienced team and when you identify business opportunities you will be fully supported in the delivery of our services and trained in every aspect of working within a recruitment consultancy. Quantum are Investors in People accredited. This year, for example, we are spending £1,300 per consultant on external recruitment training.
You must have at least 6 months work experience in a recruitment consultant role within the Scottish market and have a demonstrable track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets. Ideally you should have client facing experience and have won projects on a sole supply basis.
This will be a challenging and demanding role and in return for your commitment you will benefit from outstanding support, training and personal development; an excellent basic salary (£17,000 - £30,000) and a reward structure that will allow you to earn substantial commission even at the earliest stages of your career with us.
