Quantum People have supplied call centre staff to the Scottish Corporate community since 1996, and are a preferred supplier to most of the major call centre providers in Scotland. Operating from city centre offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow we have specialist divisions that service the Accounting and Finance, Contact Centre, I.T., Legal, Office Personnel and Sales & Marketing Sectors.
This important role tasks you with the responsibility of being the main point of contact for four contact centre clients, specifically co-ordinating and conducting recruitment activity. Excellent customer service skills, the ability to provide accurate and timely reports, and a proven track record in skills assessment through in depth interviewing are essential attributes.
This is a busy role and you will need to be able to prioritise a multitude of different tasks. Working closely with the Contact Centre Manager, much of your time will be spent liaising with our Clients line managers, and conducting first line interviews in both our Edinburgh and Glasgow offices.
You will possess a minimum of one years recruitment experience gained either within an Agency environment or an HR role and will have had some exposure to volume recruitment methodologies. A driving licence is essential as is a knowledge of the geography of the Scottish central belt. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of Client relationship building and be focussed on qualitative solutions.
