Due to increasing demand within the market place, we have created the opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the Office Personnel recruitment division (working from our Edinburgh office). Your business development skills are the key to succeeding in this role and you will quickly be engaged in prospecting for new business in addition to developing our relationships with existing clients. You will be working within an experienced team and will help mentor junior consultants. Additionally, you will be trained in every aspect of working within a recruitment consultancy (Quantum are Investors in People accredited). This year alone we will spend £1,300 per consultant on external training.
To be considered for the role, you must have a minimum of 12 months' work experience in recruitment consultancy and have a demonstrable track record of developing new business and achieving sales targets.
